Appraisals and promotions are always dismal even for deserving candidates. Salary offered vs designation/experience mismatch a lot and are fairly low compared to industry standards.

Teamwork is good here, amnealiam culture is very good they are like family. job security is high.

Salary structure is not good. Even the hr department is also bad. They know but still they are not taking action.
