Pressure is illogical in some department, no one wants to listen to the market condition. Regional manager has trademark dialogue " no reasons only results" which is pathetic because we have to consider market conditions

They are work as team. Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policy are good. They give good bonus every year.

There are Given appraisals not fair. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
