>Promotion based on favouritism >Minimal appraisal >No bonus >No incentive >Zero learning even related to the field >Zero client exposure >Majority managers are US based so SMEs think they own everything. >Indian managers don't show support >Only 2-3 projects in India are stable, otherwise 3-4 months a project stays and leaves the organisation causing layoffs. >Don't value people having experience, freshers who even don't know basics of work get promoted. >HR doesn't listen to your complaints.

Only Salary and Transport and maybe some managers and job security.

Dislikes

1. Lots of kids - 15 year olds in 30 year olds bodies. Have the worst behaviour like they are in a public school. Fed up of these kid men. 2. Company Culture - Non Existent. 3. Job Security - No Job security for point (1) if you are here only to pass time running around making friends to increase you Instagram followers. Security for those that actually come to work or the very least pretend to work. 4. Work Life Balance - Depends on the project and how much of a saint your manager is. 5. Feels like home - People have their sisters, brothers, aunt, uncle, nanny, son working in the same project or the same company. 6. Throne of Immortals - Accessible if you are good friends with the HR manager as she will fight for your protection, give you all the attention, all the benefits, all the love and hear all your problems. Even God would think twice before touching you if you belong to this group and you will be safe even if you are worst of the worst. 7. Company needs to hire people with a good and professional behaviour. 8. Interview - Not sure who takes their interview because I have never seen anyone great pass them. 9. People - Great Minds very rare. Great People some of them. 10. Overall - Good company only because there are a few hardworking, fair and nice managers and people working and carrying the company and the projects while an army is doing their best to ruin the reputation of the company. I am sure it will improve with time.

Work Life Balance is the only thing I can think of and Cab facility. Good Managers depends on luck.

...n their own world and favouring their best friends. 3. No culture and values. 4. Salary is ok 5. No work from home even if the person next you got covid. 6. People lack motivation and common sense 7. No one wants to work but cries about why there is no increase in salary, simple answer - you don't even deserve what you are getting. 8. The cleaner interferes a lot in people's personal lives and passes lots of comments 9. High turnover of employees. 10. Your life depends on your client. There are some clients who don't even let you take a breathing break and some who will have you work nothing for a whole year. 11. Promotions and appraisals are there but haven't seen them happen yet because the company is fairly new in India.

The only Good thing here is the Pay and the Indian Holidays

Dislikes

The management is very poor and do not know how to manage a Project well, they micromanage when they are unable to deliver the desired target and make compulsion to do extra 2 hours on daily basis along with the Extended weekend working, Pathetic Work Culture seems as if the company is a Client Centric instead of Employees centric.

The only thing I like about this company is work life balance.
