Poor Management as a fresher this was my first job the main problem was AHT they regularly gives you updates that increase time but AHT was always the same and it was impossible to complete targets and if you lack behind they increase your probation period regularly gives you pressure pathetic company literally don’t even apply in this company fully miss managed and no respect for employees. They just use and throw you .

Poor Management. Managers are everything for organisation. No complaints are taken seriously. They are ready to loose many employees just to keep manager with them. Cabs are unsafe no tracking done. Company is just earning through work done by employees but no benefits provided to employees. No events no employee motivation or engagement activities. Just work

The work life balance is really good. You can work very very peacefully here. Go your home on time and come to office on time. No delay in both the cases. And the behavior of the managers and superiors are good enough to maintain your psychological wellbeing.

There is no assurance of project work availability. If your project changed by the company before 6 months, you won't be able to get a bonus or promotion or appraisalsl in that case.

No job security. They have fired 15 people in the month of jan 2023. Huge level of partiality in terms of pay of male and female. A male HR takes favour from female and provider with good ctc. Partiality by management for choosing TL and QC. The people who fo flattering gets chance to move ahead. Increment based not on work but on the level of flattering any one does. Director of the company is a man with just 5 years experience solely on the basis of one certificate. HR involvement in day to day work is huge. Extremely political environment People get panic attacks due to such environment. No relief in case of even covid symptoms.
