Amity global school, gurgaon does not meets the standard of Amity at all. No written policy for salary, leaves appraisal process in school. Decisions are taken basis whims and fancies of principal, and her bootlickers. No appraisal, growth, no work security, they will ask anytime to leave organisation. Internal politics at its worst level. Students are favoured basis their parents status. Worst place to work, had horrible experience.

I really love to work with amity, thankful to the management for giving full salary to the entire workers in the pandemic situation. God bless our management with good health and wealth. I will always work for the success of institution with full dedication. Very co-operative heads and staff is a good thing to continue with Amity.

Little disappointing matter is there regarding salary, but its ok.

AMITY IS A KNOWN BRAND IN INDIA AND OUTSIDE. Amity culture exubirates professionalismt. It a honour to be a part of AMITY. It is a highly recommended organisation to all job seekers.

Dislikes

The only negative side of working in AMITY is that you don't have much avenues for career growth. Your designation become stagnant if you are already on the top side of hierarchy. Another reason is due to the less attrition rate which is actually a boon for any company specially in educational industry.
