I like work culture of this company, And if we talk about company management then first I would say that Mr Krishna jha is a good person for supporting management systems(management team) in this company...and I think that over all this is the one of largest manufacturers Rail HVAC systems in India.It can design, develop and supply HVACs to any specific requirements of the Rollin stock manufacturers..

Company is good.. but some staff of this company are not good

Its a One-Man army Company. Long way to reach Work Culture, Management, policies are made suiting to its convenience not as per the established HRM Rules. Job Security for those who adopt 'Yes-Sir' node.

No training. No job security. No career growth. Pick&Choose Sal/appraisal, No travel policy, poor work-environment, No Innovation.
