Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Learning is a lot , coz one has to do everything from scratch

Dislikes

1. They do not give your variable salary , so do not join if they give you variable component . 2. No increment for the past 3 years 3. They will keep loading you with work and no extra pay. 4. Too much politics .

Always manpower shortage, so they don't fire you..

1. NO APPRAISAL (INCRIMENT, YEARLY). 2. NO BONOUS (DEWALI, PUJA ETC.) 3. LATE COME DEDUCTION (4 LATE, THEY CUT 1 DAY) 4. NO GRATUITY. 5. NO PRIVATE EMPLOYE INSURANCE. (ONLY ESI) 6.LOTS OF PRASSURE (As always man power shortage) 7. H.R. LIED AT JOINING. (EVERYTIME) 8. FORCE WORK , SENIOURS ARE PUTTING TO MUCH PRASSURE. (YOU WILL FILL IT AFTER 3 MONTH) 9. HR POLICY CHANGE IN EVERY 2-3 MONTH.. SO NO FIXED ANY THING. 10. NO OVERTIME PAYMENT.
