Poor appraisals and am still waiting to receive the arrears for the past appraisal cycle. The next appraisal is coming up in three months. The appraisal process starts at the end of March and concludes in November."

There isn't anything to dislike, if you love to have fun and challenge about work its a wonderful place to be in.
