...g/founder. That being said do not join here even if you are desperate for a job. Terrible pay with a terrible work culture makes it a terrible place to work at. The only interesting thing is the industry. If you are interested in this industry try and join alternative companies such as Apex Group or Intertrust. Also there is almost no increment given (maybe 1% more than the current inflation rate). There is no discussion and they decide unilaterally. No bonus, they will give you a box of sweets for diwali with maybe earphones or a bag/suitcase. Overall it's a very unsatisfactory experience and ruined my career prospects. Also if you are joining legal (Pillar 2) your team lead is a nightmare. DO NOT JOIN!

Manager is a pain and unfortunately supported by the management. Too much money minded management.

Unfortunately nothing. From top to bottom everyone is just worried about their job and old people are not letting new people to get stable, hence as a result of low performance which is obvious, such politics, such mis management, even after highlighting the issue, you are thrown out.

Dislikes

Bad management, bad training structure , no chain of command, chaos all the time. Hiring people to spoil.their career.

I like the upper management the most as they support us.

I dont like team leaders as they unnecessarily ask for work extension, politics is too much in this company, they see breaks every day even if it is a minute extension it is really bad, they ask for meeting with manager, if u say something as back they will start checking ur work, breaks and get any point and start saying that every single time. Unless or until the team leaders are good no employees will stay there.
