Hopeless management, they don't know how to speak with client, people & employees. they arrogant & useless. At the time of joining, admin people tells that the office time is 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. but the management never follow the office time. The business head come office whenever he want like 3 pm, 4pm,6pm, 7pm. because of this behave people don't have work life balance. 5 to 10 min before office closing time business head gets angry on any employee without a reason, scolding people used to happen every day and keep employee in the office till 9:00 pm or sometime till 11:00 pm at night. Business head targeting the employee, he harassed them & fire them. This company is Israel based, 100% of subsidiaries of Amiad Water System, but Israel management doesn't know anything about what going on in the India. Please think twice before joining this organization ( Poor management, No work life balance, bad work culture, no growth, nothing etc.). I hope this review helps to everyone who want to join this organization.
