The most worst talent acquisition team, they will never respond to your calls and the hiring process is the most worst hiring process. Initially they hired accenture Talent acquisition team as a third part for hiring employees, they rejected candidates as per their wish without taking hiring managers feedback, how ridiculous it is. Indian pharma companies are far more better than them

Dislikes

Worst hiring team, never updates the feedback to the candidate on interview. Even if you perform interview excellent they will reject the candidate and the interviewer rejects the candidate on what basis will be a question mark to candidate. Currently they are giving good hike to hired candidates, but don’t know about their future in Amgen. Hiring team doesn’t update the candidate status in workday.
