Very bad job security, its a staffing organization, people are staffed into Americal business units. Work life balance is bad, 5 days of work and no growth, Indian management is weak.

Likes

salary & benefits is good that there are no hidden cuttings from your payslip door to door pickup and drop flexible timings if you come on your own transport few evening BU/Customer meetings so no need to login after going home work life balance is decent for many employees free food facility

Dislikes

no scope for learning and development people are adamant to change lateral entries will find it very difficult to gel with existing old team members no common process can be followed as it is a conglomerate of numerous small companies no timely update of major policy changes in company policies unnecessary show off from managers when BU comes for visit(I think this culture is there with all Indian managers)

Good working environment Colleague are very friendly not only for one department but from other as well. I can say this company is equal work life balance and slight entertainment every week. It has a very active and hygiene environment for employees.

Dislikes

Salary, as i have been working here for 2 year and got only 5% hike, which is very low. Learning new skills are very very rare.

Likes

Frankly speaking work is like working in small companies where chances of learning is high and most of the development is from scratch a Not like GE or Bosh where learning zero. On the other side internal environment and work culture is like a pure US Product MNC, a combination of this two is next to impossible to get.

Dislikes

Job security is not much directly reporting to BU, the day when BU think to change business job will go off.

The organisation is good, providing free meals and cab.

This organisation is not like other companies since inside this organisation nearly 30+ Business unit will be there and employe will be working with different BU each and every BU having their own rules and regulations. In this organisation especially digital marketing department you don't have any chance to learn new things and from India manger is always making discremenation against North Indian and South India employees. Here Team lead or Manger they don't have appropriate knowledge. They are always ready to terminate each and every monthly and this cycle continues. So don't join this digital marketing department of this organisation where as rest of department such as engineering, finance, sales etc good.
