They are poor on salary and benifits part and have no freebies for the employees or any proper education/certification policy ( a policy is there but has to go through a lot of processes which takes around 2 months of time)

Great organization to work with. I started as a Graduate Intern and still working for more than three years now. Culture is amazing, everyone is ready to help. Annual hike is pretty good with industry standards.

Dislikes

The compensation is very complex especially the annual bonus is too difficult to understand and make the CTC appear huge to what it really is.

Growth, transparency, work environment, salary, appraisal, trainings, no open door policy, management is the only boss- employees do not have a value, no resolution to issues, no integrity, no company values, unfair practices by management and HR

Great Company to start Career with, lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Managers and Leads give you opportunity to grow and stand apart from crowd. Good Work life balance

Salary is not as much par compared to companies in the similar industry. Sometime politics and favouritism create lot of negative environment

The work culture is great. Cab facility is provided. Being in Tech i have always had work life balance. The amount of paid leaves are great. Good people around.

Dislikes

Now they have given low appraisal hikes and salary structure can be better. Apart from cab and salary no other benefits are there. The firm does not organize cultural events to engage employees. Even on festivals nothing happens so it is boring specially that time.
