... going well until they drop a bomb and remove everyone in the name of recession. The pay is limited and hardly any bonus or hike you will get.

Amazing work culture, purely horizontal, helpful staff members who won't pull you down, and instead lift you up, Fun Fridays are FUN, great management, learning opportunities, I wish I still had the privelege of being at ATC!

1. No Proper Management and Work life balance 2. Most of the meetings scheduled post working hours and late night. 3. No Job guarantee, i have worked 6 months in this organisation, during this period most of the employees has laid off.

I got to explore different roles and had the opportunity to learn from every stakeholders. They all took time to teach me techniques, workflows and processes that made me good at other aspects of marketing and sales.
