...ot one good hearted manager, i could say the name, but he'll end up in trouble. Salary is on right time.

...ead can be such a stupid to belive this-what is he trying to prove? I wonder mr. Magesh is taking a huge cut as his salary and never spends a penny on advertisements and manpower. He archives the sales only by squeezing the innocent employees. The management should hire who is more rational with the field and market trend rather than couple of bald headed coat suit wearing buffoons who never experienced rain or sun and doesn't know where their company stand and what is their company's potential and what to rationally expect from ground staff. I had a worst increment of only 700rs per month on gross pay. Before getting the revised salary i resigned the job. Maybe, i could've got 500 extra per month if i continued there. If I had minimum of 10% increment as per normal company standards, my increment should be 3000. Just see where they stand. And finally, they are more secretive. I was questioned when I shared a farewell thank you message in whatsapp groups. Is that a crime? These things never happened in my past companies. I even had a fairwell party with the past companies. Simply, as i understand they just want to hide their failures even from their own employees. And the ultimate crazy thing which I heard before my resignation is they were planning on launching tracking system to track the ground staff. This is the trust they have with the employees. Instead of launching all this tracking try to reduce the salary of top managers salary and invest more on advertisements and manpower.

People who r done diploma r earning high salary,bsc staff r earning Less salary, staff r drinking , using Hans, in department, no dress code, uneducated staffs more r in high post,no safety in lab for girls,most of ampath samples r sent out side of lab ,staff r not coming in time ,in duty hours Der roam outside in ampath ,no punching , overall working in ampath waste.

VERY WORREST COMPANY ACTUALLY RULE IS RULE AND RULE FOR ALL BUT HERE RULE IS RULE AND THE RULE NOT APPLICABLE FOR ALL, SIMPLY ITS WORST COMPANY, NO GROWTH IN WORK POINT OF VIEW, YEARLY INCREMENTS ONLY SELECTED PEOPLE ONLY WILL GET NOT APPLICABLE FOR ALL.

MONTH END PRESSURE AND THEY DIDN'T RECOGNIZE OUR EFFORTS, TILL THE END WE HAVE TO RESPECT THEM BUT THEY WILL NOT CONSIDER OUR EFFORTS AND OUR DEDICATION OF WORKS. YEARLY INCREMENTS VERY LESS % AND THAT TO THEY WILL INTENTIONALLY PUT VERY LESS AMOUNT GIVE THEY WILL NOT SEE OUR EFFORTS.
