FAKE DESIGNATION (Financial Analyst) It’s a back end job with zero growth opportunities and very low pay. HR management is terrible. Especially HR Jasleen, Most unprofessional! Work environment is shit, there are strict timings, lack of employees, basically everyone is unprofessional. Working here wouldn’t be considered in your future.

I liked the way skilla are developed.. But i was not supprted during covid times and due to that only i had to resign and leave my job there.

Everything. NO LEADERS, NO MENTORSHIP, POLITICS, PATHETIC WORKING ENVIRONMENT, EXTENDED WORK HOURS, NO EXTRA PAY, NO GROWTH, NOT EMPLOYEE-CENTRIC, DISRESPECTING EMPLOYEES, WORK PRESSURE, LACK OF EMPLOYEES, VERY LESS PAY Fake designation(financial analyst) and totally different work(backend)

... full authoritative. 2- Mid management people's ego need to be fed regularly. 3-The salary is credited with random deductions and no one bothers to even answer. 4- Poorest of work life balance.

Likes

Salary always on time. Zero incident on delayed salary. Even in Covid phase where some of employees were not able to work for apx 6 months, they also get full pay without any deductions. Appraisal also done on time in covid phase as well.

Dislikes

Less salary in comparison to other organisations. For example, mid management salary from this is equivalent to entry level salary of other organisations. Work life balance zero. High work load.
