its been around 4 plus years to work here in this organisation initially its good standard to learn practical things which you have studied in your engineering stream either mechanical or electrical and electronics good environment to work,excellent colleges,good career growth if you work hardly,smartly,patiently.

Dislikes

As organisation is good as per my concern but not best as some aspect and if you work in high organised firm u always expect best from your upper management which i find the most imp. things to resolve as you keep working hard as well smartly but your uper management always fails to acknowledge those things. never gives extra allowances if you want to learn extra from your sides gives extra work unessentially which misbalance our personal life
