No Job security. They put anyone in PMP or directly lay off them even ur on project and billable. Ur survival in the company depends on if they like you or not. Old folks who are there since years doesn't like you at all. Becoming Indian service company day by day and on decline path. Be ready to work on Old technologies. Only company where people get trophy for playing cricket but no appreciation for your project work. Long work hours and toxic culture in some projects

Projects and multiple experience and experts are there to help, but few of them are rude too(because of work pressure and frustrations).

Dislikes

Politics, No hike, appraisal are very low (1-6%, 5-10% also it depends on you team). They can't even appreciate you for your hard work. Most of the people are fake, politics join krna chahiye unko bekaar ka corporate world barbaad kr rhe. Let these politics limits till the HR only.

All good in company moderate competitive salary but with great culture and work life balance. Projects or Products are on latest technology stack.

No company is 100% good it depends on project and its management.

...or Tier 2. Never ever choose amdocs. Even if it gives you 15 Lpa for grad level. That is very basic pay also for tier 1.

Company used to be fun, HR policies were emplyee centric. From past one year this is changing still food fun activities and outing are a plus.

Dislikes

Management is worse and manipulative.No hikes and bonus and the process is not at all transparent. Work life balance depends on project to project but mostly the work culture is becoming toxic where the employee is expected to work on weeeknds and after work hours with no incentives.There is no incentives and the company is implementing cost cutting more than it should implement new technology.Feshers should not be blinded with reels on food and gifts posted on social media, all of it is a gimmick and far from reality.
