Fantastic working conditions, having worked with 13 Sales & Service Executies + Manager in a branch. Reputed best Company in India. On time training facility when changed taken place in working, Excellent support from HO executives. Management decided to wind up the Organisation.

Dislikes

In 13 Yrs of experience in this Company, Salary credited late one time by 7th day in 2015. Sometimes particular goods delay supplies.

Likes

Company is very sensitive towards employees. Infact during lockdown company paid full salary to employees n help covid effected employees n their families.

Dislikes

Some times they paid high salaries to those candidates who does not know about batteries.

Likes

A stable company to work with little /no pressure as compared to other companies in the same segment. Work-life balance is superb. great place to execute your thoughts.

Dislikes

There are a few things which I hate about this company one is management is very late in decision making and are still old school. culture is still hierarchical which is very bad for a modern company to work.

AMCO was doing trading by procuring from TAFE, as because of same group company, so always it was headed by TAFE officials from 2015 onwards.

Dislikes

AMCO Batteries already closed their business from 31st March 2022 onwards.

*No TARGET pressure. Your manager will never call u for sales or anything. My manager is use to be at his home max of the time and he use to say it to his juniors too. Management is tooooooooo lethargic. *Join this company, and relax , take retirement.

*no career growth *Lot of politics *Try join different company if possible.. this is worst company to work for. *I have given my 1.9 years to this company and i truly regret it. *Nothing to like in this company. If u will work, u will end up saying ur manager is fraud. (No harsh words, but this is not a good company to work. Give ur time to a company where u can grow and learn something.)
