Worst company you could ever hope for. There is nothing good about this company. Never even think about joining this company.

There is no hope no future for employees. No salary if target not reached. Impossible target. No respect for employees No pipeline or workflow No training No salary on 3 months notice period No leaves. LOP even on sickness No holidays including national holidays NO PF or any salary account Sometimes salary will be on cash Late salary on 10 to 20th of next month More than 12 hr of work Abnormal shifts with no allowance of any kind. Worst work experience

Absolutely Nothing, it's really exhausting to even come and work for this place.

Dislikes

The ceo thinks she knows everything but it's quite the opposite. When I first joined, I thought that even though she being rude or short tempered, there might be something to learn from her. But turns out, there's nothing at all. If anything, you'll learn from her is how to be cold & insensitive. No wonder why everyone joins here, works for 2-3 months and then just leave because they can't handle her toxicity.
