Full of learning opportunities and eventful. It has a lot potential specially in the area of international patients from Bangladesh, bhutan and Nepal, which if targeted sky is all yours in North bengal.

The salary is very low, and the only reason Neotia is unable to retain good talent, only cant run the show, support staff also matters, which the management doesnt care about specially is Neotia Siliguri. They will take freshers only in less salary, after getting experience they flee.

Ambuja Neotia has a brand value in West bengal and easily recognisable name.

...es not offer any incentive to employees, nor has good standard company benefits. Insurance is the lowest and if you want your parents to include in the policy you will have to pay from your own pocket.

Timely salary, Scope to evolve.

In hospitality projects the culture in toxic because of 2-3 people. AS & BS, they don't give any one any personal space or freedom. For MEP dept there is minimum scope to learning, interior design is above all, in any area they will try to eliminate the necessary MEP services. No work life balance.

There is job security. Also there is a good work life balance. Working in a corporate environment has its benefits. Good colleagues.

Would be better with an equal average pay for all employees. HR is not good.

Only one thing salary always in time, nothing else.

Dirty politics no growth opportunities to new joiner, no Carrier progress, very less chance of getting increment management will not provide any on job training to employee need to rely on senior employee, senior will never show anything not cooperative may be they have thought if new joiner knows then he/she would be useless.
