Nothing,... Managers have no sense how to talk to their employees, no benefits, no appraisal, HR is worst, 2 month notice period, I don't have any to say good about this company.

Dislikes

Everything is worst, except infrastructure, if you are thinking to join this Company then keep in your mind that you must have patience, and managing abusive and bad words from the manager then may be you can survive at least 6 month.

I learned lot of things while working in this company, about commercial terms and process, Payment structure and I also like the culture of this company and they also re hire the employee and we all work together to give the best to the company Work as a team is the best way to work effectively and efficiently.

Growth is slow here and and absence of employee welfare activities.

The main and first point is company atmosphere, all staff and directors are good and coperarive., Very well understanding, And second thing is lot to learn from such leading industry. Work as a leader in such company is great experience for me and enhance my skills too.

In every company their is some advantages and disadvantages, and as per my view only working hours are not defined and no other facilities are offered by them as compard by other industry.
