There is not much growth in the operation department. No promotion within working 3years and bonus not taken a good as compare to other deaprtment.

Good salary and designation. Great incentives slab and good business in market .dsa payouts is very attractive. Overall here is opportunity to earn more money than other companies. If anyone want to earn money join the company.

Working culture is not good .A company is new in the market ,so it is very taught to deliver efforts. Rate of interest is very high which not good accoto markets market
