The company's basically is more of a contractor who hire you for the deployment of any 3rd party company (more to governmental organisation Majorly ISRO, PRL). Hence the exposure you get is tremendous for a starter/ freshers. It hires majorly for electronics but also hire mechanical IT IC and computer based on the requirement. Company manages all the administrative things for you. All your administrative/ HR work will be done here except holidays permission. Hence its a really good exposure for the fresher to get into such big governmental organization; opportunity worth grabbing.

Dislikes

First thing first, Salary will be pre-decided and doesn't preffer negotiation. Salary is actually decided by the gov org, and Ambimat (or any other org who offer contractual employment) is bound to give that. Hence, there is no yearly increment. Salary will grow but will be once in 2/3 years. Administration work has much of hassle, and not at all employer friendly. To many paperwork is involved. They take almost 7-8 original documents as a security. Yes they need security as government work is involved and freshers majorly are not professional enough, but 7-8 documents is too much. I don't suggest to join if you have to work in their premise. Working in there premise as a technical/engineer is waste of time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees .
