Since we get opportunity to work on various tasks, exposure to learning is good. At the same time handing work pressure is very difficult which sometimes help you indirectly. They celebrate Birthday, main festivals, some events on occasion and pizza is the default treat.

Dislikes

Safety concerns like,not providing WFH in covid situation. Not everyone is supportive when it comes to task handling. No offs on Saturdays,in between only for few days they would provide. No time for personal life as most of the times happens to work on weekends Work from home is provided only when government announces lockdown. Approval of leaves is biggest challenge sometimes when you are in need of it, as you should plan for leaves when there is no much work in office rather than your time of need. No team outings.
