Worst company to work with. No increment, no time for salary, no respect, mc bc on every senior's tongue, saw some handfights too , work pressure is terrible, contractors are also the boss, non technical directors have the skills to abuse you for 15-20 minutes without taking a break & can get few slaps & punches too in between.

Nothing to like, worst company .HODs doesn't know how to talk ethically. Always 2-3 month delay in salary.even giving salary is a favour from them..No increasment since 6 years. Accounts HOD has not relationship with Ethics. If you want to join Ambience .Get your self-respect out of the office doormate.

...porate culture 2. They don’t know even about ‘C’ of corporate culture 3. No salary on time, no increment, no extra benefits 4. Owners are highly unethical and have abusive behaviour 5. No job security and 100% politics 6. It’s best company for incompetent and submissive people

...is company He/She should get his/her self respect out of the office doormats. 3. No job Security and also no guarantee of salary on time. 4. No full and final settlement after leaving the job. I know an employee of the company who worked 11 years with this company and company has not paid his salary for 12 months which was unpaid and gratuity amount also. 5. Salary delay in every month. In one year you will get only 10 months salary. 6. If anyone choose to work with Ambience Group He/She should be financially strong. 7. No increment since last 6 years, No bonus, No Provident Fund, No Medical insurance, No Overtime for extra working. 8. Morning time is fix for attendance but no fix time to leave the office after completing the official hours, even many times you have to work whole night/on weekly off/leaves days. If you denied to do the same you will be fired with abusing language. Many things are here which no one like, at last in short you may join the Ambience if you have no any other choice.

15-20 days Delay in salary, HOD - HR & HOD - LAW are very rude people. Mr. Gurmeet Singh Sachdeva is a useless man with very poor knowledge of legal things even this guy is 70 year old uncle and has completed his law degree in 2021 that too from CCS University Meerut. He has absolutely zero knowledge of legal procedures and court work and literally the legal department has only the work of shooting mails to various advocates and asking next date of hearing. The man is himself a legend in complicating simple works and he shouts randomly on employees. Sachdeva is a 3 feet tall useless full time arrogant man who thinks that he has a bigger name than most of the senior Advocates. This man was a mere govt bank employee at start who was taken into this company on mercy shown by our MD. Then he humiliates the knowledgeable legal staff and plays political grudge games and tries to pressurise them. If you're ready to worship him, then he will treat you as his kid. It is a special advise to female staff to not to join the legal department as Mr. Sachdeva is a characterless man and is a simp. He favors women for his biological needs as he is a old uncle and his eyes are not good he always tries to take advantage of female staff by giving them lots of work so that they can be there in his cabin and he should stare them abruptly .
