The worst salary structure I am an accountant and greeting in hand salary of only 10K after having 1.5 years of experience, The management is not supportive they bully juniors, Work life balance is worst, Promotion is worst, I think it is the worst company to work they are paying more salary than me to the employee who come from political refference having zero knowledge, They are forcing to work me for 12 hours a day. Even if I am on leave they disturb me everyday. I am leaving this company soon.

Here starts the fun. This company dares to provide an engineering graduate from IGNOU double the salary of graduates with MBA from reputed colleges. Unqualified people earning more than qualified educated people is the regular norm in this company. Don't go for this company unless you're desperate for a couple dimes.

...av Agarwal, such a mean mentality person become HOD only because of his surname. Salary is very poor, Promotion is like Rs. 500, There is no job security, all the year they keep searching for candidates and when they get to manage a candidate with less salary in certain position, they will force that position employee to resign saying that we are getting someone in your position with very less salary why should we keep you. No work ethics, No professionalism.

Nothing, except for the work ..there is many things to manage all together and many things to learn.

Dislikes

... two shifts but in case due to work press you miss the biometric double punch .. salary will be deducted, on the contrary there no extra payment for over time. Even in summer when the temperature is 42 degree plus there is no AC , no cooling and even power shedding problem prevails in the site and nothing has been done for the benifit or the employees in the site.
