Company provides training to their employees on regular basis. This company is a Fast Growing company. The plus point is the work culture. Amber has a very good Innovation culture, Lean Sigma projects, Quality Circle & Re-engineering projects are the regular activities. One can learn a lot in less time.Top Management & plant heads are best in amber.

The only thing i dont like about amber is you have to work on sundays (only in Derhadun).

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
