When I joined the organisation it was startup. Work culture is good. I got lots of things to learn. If you're fresher then you can join this organisation. As recent, this organisation is Aquired by some other Ecom firm. So can't tell work life balance for now.

Salary was not on time in year of 2015, as company launched it's flagship product.

...onal life in a very easily. Just pass it else you are responsible for your loss. Hard Working people don't get salary on time as they taken for granted.

No work ethics, No work standard, No job security, No Salary time, Very Very Poor management. No employee facilities, They rob your PF, TDS, Salary comes on time for people who just show they are working by sweet talk.

- Salary delayed by 2 month - Appraisal happen in month of july - sept and finally you will get incremented salary from oct month - Core team member are the only members which matters to an organization - Don't know who is running the company

I worked for almost 4 years with Ambab and have really learnt a lot, Seen the company growing from team of 50 members to 100. Being a start-up everyday is a new learning, you get to know all the verticals and facets of business. Focus on New technologies, Geographies, Learning & Development of employees, Exposure and Employee first culture. Developers get opportunities to interact with the clients, lead the team and share their inputs time & again which are always appreciated and taken in the right spirit. Various employee engaging activities during the year starting from festival celebrations,Carrom room, to Impromptu Dance & Fitness sessions, etc. A place which will make you a better person overall from skills and overall individual perspective..
