They will benefit you with Overtime Pay , Sudexo meal card , Salary timings are very good

Long work hours , 9 hrs of work each day and during peak they will make you work for 10 hrs and also 6th day Overtime . There is no work life balance here and holidays , personal leaves are not granted here .

Salary is decent if coming from service based orgs, less than product based organisations. You get ample of leaves.

Dislikes

You will come to office daily. Work is repetitive amdnot interesting. Taking promotion specially from l5 to l6 is almost impossible and is dependent on your luck. Your project performance is not counted. Ridiculous goals and failure to complete you will get PIP. All these are cons of proserv stay away if you are happy and are willing to switch just for money

working culture is not at all good no proper colloboration in my team at least everyone is in isolated working mode no mentality to work together as a team everyone wanted to prove themselves rather than working together as a team

As I am into operations it's good enough environment and a good team to work with also I am in collections , so we have a small cute team which is good.

Dislikes

I think they should give us more overtime or bonus or insentive opportunities as we have none right now... considering we are into collections.
