The culture of targetting one person by searching loopholes in Amazon policy and thorough the employees out side the organisation by HR Team and SLP Team to show their work, even there are so many big unethical things happening in network but they targetting the honest and simple employee on their little mistakes.

The pay you get here. It is more than average. But when it comes to work like balance, it is absolutely none The only thing you will like here, the Sefety and culture and the page you get

The work life balance varies from department to department As I belong to operations. The current condition is not at all good. You have very competitive environment. And they have the culture to eliminate at least one people who is lower performer.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year's before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not giving to new joinees
