RSU vesting 2nd year onwards, joining bonus is a plus at the beginning. But life changes post the first year drastically as increment is nil.

Work culture bureaucratic and abysmal, zero work life balance, increment in form of RSU is a hoax and its been 2+ years that the take home salary stays the same inspite of being a top performer/ smart hard working individuals.

Good company and it gives good salary. Encourage to workers and they give bonus also and I need a job and work from heartily

I heard some parcel had changed and somebody is getting losing company,'s name

...every thing is not done as per company policy, there are also impact of peoples. But in terms of salary and other facilities Amazon is at top as per my journey.

Dislikes

The culture of targetting one person by searching loopholes in Amazon policy and thorough the employees out side the organisation by HR Team and SLP Team to show their work, even there are so many big unethical things happening in network but they targetting the honest and simple employee on their little mistakes.

Salary credited in correct time and roots location features is excellent

Station team not given roots shuffling, a one person working Amazon also another work for same Amazon store also working Amazon flex the local roots.. and another one issue is cash handover to directly please change it.. we are directly bank deposit Amazon account number with IFSC code,( it is your wish)

...iving their day night sweat and blood are like liability for organization ..... company are harrassing then and hiring new TLs on very very low salary packages ....just to save cost and to get cheap labour ....
