This type of festival pick giving to employee . Form morning I m contact to both side. Know responding properly. From Both side making fraud to employee.

Amazon Company no 1 in world everything is good facility, security, salary, management everything.

Amazon company is good but high Post employees communication behaviour attitude too much over very rude to lower post employees like DA RE SECURITY or HELPER need to improve.

Very strict login timings. 10hrs shift making no sense of 5day work week. Internal politics in promotions. It is based on tenure and not on the amount of work you are doing

Pramotion are totally dependent on reletion with top leadership. The people who don't have knowledge about your field are responsible for deciding about your growth.

Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. Most importantly when parent had heart attack. They discuss about policies. 1st day I was told not to talk with anyone at workplace. They do micro-micro management. I guess this process managers are worst.
