...crew you at all times, the higher management couldn't care less about this team. You will not get any bonus or hampers of occasions as it is a mandatory for all orgsnat least in PV, but the higher management does not approve anything for this team. Immaculate work pressure and you literally have to tolerate chronical verbal abuse by your lead and manager, for no apparent reason. Trust me, I have never regretted joining a team as much as this one.

the promotion process could be better. Rather than hiring externally, the company should prioritize promoting existing employees who are consistently going above and beyond. This would not only recognize the hard work of current staff but also boost morale and loyalty.

Salary is okk but growth is very slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .and the training is not given to new joinees.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
