Very High amount of Pressure. Demands heavy work and time from you comparing with the Salary we get. No polocies on Promotion for experience guys like when military veterans with experience joins Amazon for their corporate role are not valued. Very High work load. Enforced entertainment is sick.

...is very bad at last mile operations. Somedays you are working 17-18 hours a day. The company doesn't pay you enough for your work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Company provides all necessary materials for safety, there is no salary deduction in entire covid lockdown also compony provide extra allowance on working day .

There is absolutely none of the point for dislikes my compony , I believe this is bour child and we have to protect every day.
