Direct Employees treats Contract person as shit.... words are too straight hearts so much .... Operation Team in MAA84 Sort Center is worst to the core MMAA Thirumazhidai ,Olympia warehouse

Salary is not up to mark as they use us to accomplish such vendor activities everytime ... and haven't given credits for the work .... Operation Team won't give respect to Support Team such as L&D , PS , Security , H.K , RME

Job security is now in amazon working time and week off are good and salary package has excellent and lock down time there very safe minimum workers to handle the work

...every thing is not done as per company policy, there are also impact of peoples. But in terms of salary and other facilities Amazon is at top as per my journey.

The culture of targetting one person by searching loopholes in Amazon policy and thorough the employees out side the organisation by HR Team and SLP Team to show their work, even there are so many big unethical things happening in network but they targetting the honest and simple employee on their little mistakes.

The pay you get here. It is more than average. But when it comes to work like balance, it is absolutely none The only thing you will like here, the Sefety and culture and the page you get

The work life balance varies from department to department As I belong to operations. The current condition is not at all good. You have very competitive environment. And they have the culture to eliminate at least one people who is lower performer.
