Promotions - entirely dependent on your manager (I know this is universal, but you have to be in Amazon to truly understand how your manager alone can make/break your career). No checks and balances

...lopment Center provides good salaries compared to most other companies in India. There are a few who pay better, but the compensation here is quite good.

Work life balance is terrible. Working culture could be improved. Amazon provides very less to no perks compared to its peers such as Microsoft/Google. Return to office is made mandatory. There is no good food in the cafeterias.

...faction, everyday one is filling Excel sheets if one like it it's good for them. No good salary even team lead is getting 7lpa so all these analyst here are getting below 5 lpa No skills No knowledge No more growth oppertunity Waste of time specially for engineering background students.
