Company has a good culture

Dislikes

Not much growth opportunities and salary is very low for experienced employees which is equivalent to a fresher getting a job for first time. Pay package is way down below here compared to what is a normal or decent pay package in market in current times. Extending work hours is necessary to meet productivity and competition is very high which eventually leads to bad team politics

Mostly your life will get smooth with no progress. Amazon is good for the people who don't want any adventure or exploring things in life.

Dislikes

While at Amazon you won't even get anything other than salary like exposure or learning new things. You will get the promotion only if you are good with your managers and do what ever they say without even asking a question. Moreover after leaving Amazon you won't be getting any more opportunities because there won't be any progress or new learnings from your experience. If you want to develop some skill and make worthy of it don't join Amazon . Amazon is only good for people who want job security and monthly salary.

Dislikes

Management in Pune is dumb and referals who does not fit are welcome. Job security is terribly bad and their policies except benefits sucks. No transperacy amongs team member and their manager. Non professional people biased towards referals. HRs are not supportive
