...company ever of my life. Hr and management keeps on making falls promise always. I regret to waste my 14 month in Amazon with salary equivalent to gaurd. Recommended not to join as they won't consider your experience they would hire you as fresher.

Working is fun but management and HR people keeps making falls promises, no growth since 14 months. IJP comes but only about 3 for a perticular post.

The world culture ,the flat hierarchy ,working backwards ,employee centricity ,compensation all are top notch in Amazon

Dislikes

You cannot develop your skills,you will distanced from Industrial standard practices,easily gets into a comfort zone and after 2 years you are not desirable in the market ,even in Amazon itself

1. Lack of Support for Female Employees There were instances where concerns raised by women were dismissed or minimized and a general lack of sensitivity towards female employees was evident. I acknowledge that Amazon is a large organisation, these issues significantly impacted my experience and experience of other female colleagues. I believe, Amazon must address this issue.

Only good thing is salary credits on end of the month

Except the salary date remaining all are very bad Politics are very high Favouritism/biased people Promotions based on manager mood Any issue happens they will put on associates Work life balance : -100 No perks Hardly allocates budget for R n R

Salary is low for manual testers and promotions are less nowadays. Though it's depends on working team
