1-Seniors behavior is good (if your behaviour is good with seniors they definitely support you). 2-salary appraisal policy is good. 3-They provide opportunities to freshers candidate for starting there corporate careers. 4-top management have good leadership qualities they always motivate employees for increasing his work efficiency.

1-Some time over burden of work but which is very common in private sector. 2-Try to maintain good hygiene in plant.

It is the best place to enhance your skills. Management is always approachable to everyone and your's feedback. you have better chance to grow without any obstacle. It has flat organizational structure which makes management really sensitive towards its employees. It is the awesome place to work.

It is still not a big brand, although marketing team is working for the same.
