Working on all Saturdays - unofficial mandate without attendance or overtime. No proper performance review or promotion process. Pay scale below market standards. Huge difference from CTC and in-hand (gratuity, medical insurance, etc. will be shown as a part of CTC)

Management should give more power and employee reporting to the project manager at project sites.
