This is the biggest draw back in this organisation. if it is rectified then things will be in positive on further coming days.

Working on all Saturdays - unofficial mandate without attendance or overtime. No proper performance review or promotion process. Pay scale below market standards. Huge difference from CTC and in-hand (gratuity, medical insurance, etc. will be shown as a part of CTC)
