Less salary, less reimbursements, service for several Brands to maintain along with different additional works from HO, No Acknowledgement preference for South People

Systems was Good.Higher management can't talk with Lower level Team.so that Accurate Communication not passed for Top Management

Lots of politics in . If you are good in buttering, chamchagiri with your superior then you can quickly grow your career. Otherwise your growth will move like tortoise speed

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good. There is a huge cafeteria and gameing for chilling and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Transport is good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a no bond and agreement. Overall good company.
