Mainly the take home salary is very disappointed As per CTC salary cuttings is very high ,it is a savings but may be savings option is based upon employee optional is better just my opinion . that's it Thankyou 😊

Amararaja has great vision to work for customers with best quality products servicing at all the time. Providing job training to all employee,Safety facility is mostly liked from this organisation.

... treat employee at work place.I have worked as senior production engineer for 5.10years never satisfied with pay roll time . Selfish company in India.No encouragement for best employee.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good. There is a huge cafeteria and gameing for chilling and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Transport is good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a no bond and agreement. Overall good company.

Salary is not at par with the market requirements. The company has shown an immense tendency of cutting down the costs of retaining an employee in the ongoing economic scenario. The company is not at all employee concerned at present as it used to be in the past because the lower level employees suffer a lot of discrimination in terms of remuneration and emoluments as compared to the higher level of employees.
