Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Salary is not at par with the market requirements. The company has shown an immense tendency of cutting down the costs of retaining an employee in the ongoing economic scenario. The company is not at all employee concerned at present as it used to be in the past because the lower level employees suffer a lot of discrimination in terms of remuneration and emoluments as compared to the higher level of employees.

No any likes,they provide food so that employees will work like company is only their life

Dislikes

If you salary is 6 lakhs you will get 35k take home.Inappropriate deductions like super annuation fund 28percent(employee contribution 14 percent and employer contribution 14 percent from your salary).Besides that there is worst culture.No proper training programs.
