Likes

Job security is good. Not much into designs. Compensation benefits are very poor.

Dislikes

Team work will be average and lot of politics will play by all the people. If you are working more also none of the management will consider your knowledge only they will give good compensation for the people who will do benefit for them even though they don't work. Don't consider this as a final opinion may be that will change depends on the HOD.

Amara raja electronics is a platform for me to start my career in my life,where i have learned lot of things and get practical knowledge on manufacturing of different goods and products.I my point of view Amara Raja is a learning school for all fresh minds.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
