Regarding salary, its quite low than other same level companies, but work life balance & environment will compensate this. My overall experience is excellent with this company, I am working here for more than 7 years in Industrial Batteries Division.

They're ctc policy is not good they mentioned bonus and pf and all company contribute are mentioned in our CTC so it will affect our growth in outside.
