Shows CTC package satisfactorily but monthly take home salary very low, the pressure is very high, we work some days 12_14 hrs.. and attend a calls mid night also for reporting... responsibility is very high as compared to our position and salary...

Take too much time to implement changes Job rotation not happening regularly Appraisal and promotion are little complicated. Management is not so aggressively to match the market requirement due to which there are not much innovation in products.

Amara Raja battery provide the job security one of the most important thing and work culture also good And management taking care of the work man's asper standard.

The most disadvantage of companie is salary scales and promotion also takes to long duration.

They're ctc policy is not good they mentioned bonus and pf and all company contribute are mentioned in our CTC so it will affect our growth in outside.

...end working environment.Senior level management are very friendly and helpful. Regarding salary, its quite low than other same level companies, but work life balance & environment will compensate this. My overall experience is excellent with this company, I am working here for more than 7 years in Industrial Batteries Division.
