It's a good company, Management are very good, our life will be manageable, that's all.

Somebody it's good organization, but rest of the others it's not.., we cannot keep high expectation in this organization, Like make own house, own car, etc. Just life leading. that's all.

Company work culture & management is excellent . For beginners it is very good place to develop new skills & gain the knowledge. Personally as a product manager, it has been going very good in ARC in terms of skill & personal development. Look forward for great years ahead.!
