There is nothing good about this company. The owner is very abusive and scolds employees like i have never seen in my work life.

Dislikes

Salary is never on time. At the time of interview they promise to give salary on 7th of every month but when you are there you come to know tha salary comes after 20th of the month. No incentives were given even if you contributed a joining for the company. Work life balance is not there. They just want to make you feel bad if anything happens. It was a worst company ever.

It is a growing IT company with various operations wherein company culture is too good. Apart from that opportunities to grow are provided by management from time to time.

There is nothing to dislike as i am working here currently and i have not found any challenge or any disliking

No Dislike, just a suggestion, company should maintain a good holiday calendar, should hire senior people nd try to retain employees…

Partiality and biased management. They dnt respect experienced people and dnt have any proper way of working. Every year, there is new team, no one is staying. Zero BD, Zero Client management, zero learning.
